Washington, DC

Washington DC is organized into four quadrants, Northwest, Northeast, Southeast, and Southwest, radiating from the US Capitol, and its housing spans the full range from 18th- and 19th-century rowhouses to mid-century condos and brand-new mixed-use buildings.
