    At KleanCierge, we understand that plans change. To ensure we can continue providing excellent service to all our clients, we've established the following policy.

    Timeframes

    Cancellation Windows

    48+ hours before service

    Full refund of your deposit, no questions asked

    24-48 hours before service

    50% deposit refund OR free reschedule to any available date within 60 days

    Less than 24 hours

    Deposit is non-refundable, but we'll offer a reschedule credit valid for 30 days

    No-show or same-day

    Full service amount will be charged

    Exceptions

    Emergency Situations

    We understand that true emergencies happen. Medical situations, family emergencies, severe weather. In these cases, please contact us directly at (202) 495-0455, and we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.

    Flexibility

    Rescheduling

    We always prefer to reschedule rather than cancel. Contact us anytime to move your appointment to a more convenient time. Our team will work to accommodate your schedule.
